Life Legacy
Evelyn Krzywicki, of the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Saturday at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.
She was born August 17, 1934 in Pittston, a daughter of the late Frank and Verna Baron Gayoski. She was a graduate of Jenkins Township High School and was employed in the garment industry at several locations. Later she was employed by Luzerne County Community College.
Mrs. Krzywicki was a member of the Catholic Community of Plains where she attended St. Joseph's Church, Hudson. She was a member of the Plains Seniors Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley E. Krzywicki; daughter, Sharon; brothers, Frank and Robert Gayoski.
Surviving are her daughter, Sheila Stolarick and her husband, Douglas, Wilkes-Barre; sons, Joseph Krzywicki and his wife Kathy, Wilkes-Barre; Michael Krzywicki and his wife Jennifer, Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Matthew, Hunter, Hayden, Kendall; brother Bernard Gayoski and his wife, Rita, Wilkes-Barre.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 from E. Blake Collins Funeral Home, 159 George Avenue, Wilkes-Barre, with a Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Hudson. Friends may call Monday 5-8.
