Michael A. Holland

Michael A. Holland, 75, of Kingston passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at his home. He was born in Kingston on December 1, 1946 a son of the late Jerome and Ruth Druffner Holland. He was a 1964 graduate of Central Catholic High School and was employed for many years as a real estate agent working for Poggi and Jones Real Estate. Mike was an avid billiard player and loved to follow harness racing. He was a social member of V.F.W. Post 283 Kingston and American Legion Post 644 Swoyersville. Surviving are his wife of fifty years, Maura Perfetto Holland; sons, Michael J. Holland and his wife Kimberly, Kingston, Matthew Holland and his wife Kristen, Manahawk, New Jersey; daughter, Angela Emmert and her husband, William, Nanticoke; brother, Jerome Holland, Kingston, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Thursday at 9:45 a.m. from Maher-Collins Funeral Home, 360 North Maple Avenue, Kingston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:15 in the Church of Saint Ignatius Loyola. Masks are recommended for those attending. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Pringle.
