Patrick George Oliver, 91, of Kingston passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at his home. He was born in Kingston a son of the late George and Mary Muldowney Oliver. He was a 1950 graduate of Kingston High School and received a bachelors degree from St. Edward’s University, Austin, Texas.

He was employed at Second National Bank in Wilkes-Barre prior to teaching at several Brothers of the Holy Cross schools including Bishop Hendrickson High School, Warwick, RI, Msgr. Coyle High School, Taunton, MA, and Bishop McNamara High School Forestville, MD. He later served as the associate registrar at King’s College.

Patrick was preceded in death by his sister, Ellen and brothers Robert and Thomas.

Surviving are nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. in the Church of Saint Ignatius Loyola. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Pringle.
